The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur will close the online registration portal today with a regular exam fee for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2022). Eligible candidates can apply for the test on the official website gate.iitkgp.ac.in. Candidates who miss today’s deadline can also submit their forms till October 1 (with a late fee).
A candidate appearing in ONE or TWO Papers should fill in ONLY ONE application form. In the case of multiple applications, only one will be accepted and the remaining applications will be rejected without any refund for the paid fee.
The applicant is requested to update the Aadhar Card or any other permissible Photo Identity Proof (if it is not recent) to be used for applying and appearing for GATE 2022. Scan and upload the colour copy of Photo Identity proof in the application for GATE 2022, reads the official notice.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate who is currently studying in the 3rd or higher years of any undergraduate degree program OR has already completed any government-approved degree program in Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Science / Commerce / Arts is eligible to appear for GATE 2022 examination.
