The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a fresh case against US-based Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun for offering a reward to stop Prime Minister Narendra Modi from hoisting the national flag on Independence Day this year and "spreading disaffection among Sikhs against India", besides other charges.
