FOSMI promotes Activity Chart adoption among member MSME for sustainable development
Kolkata, 30 Dec (KNN) The Federation of Small & Medium Industries, West Bengal (FOSMI) is promoting the significance of sustainable development in the organization, and is giving its expertise on Activity Chart to its member units.
It has said that there are certain management tools which are inherently important and common for every organization, one of those is Adoption of Activity Chart in order to visualize the ongoing performance in the organization and course of action required to be framed to complete or to achieve any particular task or requirement of the organization in time.
FOSMI has asked its member units to revert their interest in the above context with their organizational details and the functional area/ areas where they need the expert help in framing the Activity Chart by 10th January, 2022.
The charting of activities requires careful classifications of intermittent activities as it breaks down big work down into smaller activities so that the organizational head/ operational manager can estimate, schedule, execute, monitor and control the work and accomplish the objective in specified time.
The Adoption of Activity Chart can be based on various functional activities of the organization and those need to be carefully monitored as per the sequential objective set in the activity chart for achieving any particular task, said FOSMI.
Practicing of activity chart can also be set for administrative functions too.
FOSMI’s Advisory Board has decided to extend their rich expertise in preparation or guiding our members in framing the Activity Chart, if any of the member units seek help in this regard.
