In a setback of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar "declined" the request put forth by Arvind Kejriwal, seeking the appointment of Raghav Chadha as the interim party leader in the Upper House, as per Parliament sources.
